BASSMA organized a session on handmade accessorize which objective is to teach BASSMA’s women how to create accessorize and sell them, and create awareness on the importance of work.
Thirteen ladies participated in this first session on 27 of November, at BASSMA's center, held by a professional in the field, Miss Ghada Khoury who brought the materials and allowed the women to test their newly acquired skills.
This session will be completed by another one next week, in order to permit the women to make enough practice to be able to do them alone and start their own business.
Meanwhile, Miss Khoury offered materials to each of the women, so they can start practicing at home till next week.
Miss Khoury gave them also hints on how and where to sell them, how to start the project, etc.
The women were thrilled about this session, and excited to start working and earning money for them and their families.
